Biography

Married Frances Smith, another local, in 1984 at Saint Gommaire Catholic Church in Sadie. Three children all born in Sadie. Lifelong Republican, petty criminal, sporadic employee, heavily in debt. I found his high school yearbook picture and called up the group photo from the _Washington Post_. Charly would have been 41 the year of Katrina.
