Rae Bordelon (b. 1979) is a life-long resident of Des Allemands, Louisiana. She lives down the road from Case Garland and is, if it's possible, his best friend. Since her work as a librarian has been restricted during the lock-down, she has begun sewing customized masked to sell on eBay in order to support herself and her 15-year-old daughter Sandy. Rae has struggled since her most recent relationship, with Joey Malone ended after Case gave her evidence that Joey was watching kiddie porn at her house.
